Registration Fees

• Registration fee includes participation in scientific activities, coffee breaks, lunches, Opening Cocktail, Gala Dinner, entrance to stand areas, name badge, certificate of participation, congress bag and documents inside.
• Prices do not include 20% VAT.
• Representer of a Company Registration fee includes scientific activities, coffee breaks, lunches, entrance to stand areas, name badge, certificate of participation, inside.

Accommodation Fees

Services Included in Accommodation Fee

• Accommodation prices are October 12 check-in, October 15 check-out, 3-night package prices.
• Accommodation concept is Bed+Breakfast (BB).
• Check-in time is 14:00, check-out time is 12:00, early check-in and late check-out are charged extra.
• Prices do not include 10% VAT.
• Prices do not include 2% Accommodation Tax.

Registration - Accommodation Cancellation and Refund Policy

• For cancellations until August 4, 2023, the full fee will be refunded.
• For cancellations after August 4, 2023, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
• After August 18, 2023, there will be no cancellation, name change will be accepted.
